Service
Section 42 Compliance ("we") supplies written compliance reviews of publicly available marketing material against published guidance issued by the Therapeutic Goods Administration and Ahpra, together with related digital products and monitoring services. Services are delivered by email to the address supplied at checkout.

Reports and templates are general compliance information, not legal advice, and do not create a solicitor–client relationship. You remain solely responsible for your marketing and regulatory compliance. We recommend independent legal advice before acting on findings with significant consequences.
Scope and reliance
Reviews reflect the material accessible to us on the review date and the guidance published at that time. Regulator positions change; a report is a point-in-time assessment, not a warranty that no regulator will take action.
Turnaround, refunds and cancellation
Stated turnarounds run from receipt of a completed intake form. If we fail to deliver a Rapid Scan or Full Audit within twice the stated turnaround, you may request a full refund. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Monitoring renews monthly and can be cancelled any time, effective the next billing date.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid for the relevant service, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.
