Do any public pages name medical conditions?
Chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, epilepsy, cancer — naming serious conditions in connection with your services is the most-fined breach pattern on record.
Does any page, bio or ad use the words 'medicinal cannabis', 'medical cannabis', 'plant medicine', 'CBD' or 'THC'?
The prohibition covers the substance, products, abbreviations and synonyms.
Does your business name, logo or imagery reference cannabis?
Leaves, botanical marks and colloquial names are within the prohibition, per the TGA's updated guidance.
Do you display patient testimonials or reviews anywhere you control?
Testimonials about therapeutic goods are restricted; embedded review widgets count.
Have practitioners or influencers endorsed your service on social media?
Endorsements and paid influencer content are specifically targeted in the TGA's 2026–27 priorities.
Do any blog posts or resource pages link to content promoting cannabis for a condition?
The TGA's guidance treats outbound links to promotional content as part of your advertisement.
Do your booking flows or price lists mention products or conditions?
Booking systems, catalogues and price information are named in the TGA's 2026 prescription-medicine advertising guidance.
Do your Google Ads, Meta ads or SEO titles reference cannabis or conditions?
Paid and organic search snippets are advertisements.
Has anyone published articles about you that promote cannabis?
Publishers have been fined and sued; content about you can create exposure — know what exists.
Could a reasonable consumer conclude your service is a means to obtain cannabis?
This is the TGA's own framing of the overall test for health-service advertising.
