What we collect
Order details (name, business, email, URLs and social handles you ask us to review) and payment records processed by Stripe. We do not collect patient data and we review only publicly available marketing material.
How we use it
To deliver services you order, respond to email enquiries, and — where you request the free checklist — send enforcement-action alerts you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Storage and disclosure
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers which may be located overseas. We do not sell personal information and do not disclose client identities, reports or findings to any third party, including regulators, except as required by law.
Access and correction
Email audits@section42.com.au to access, correct or delete your information. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
