The complete picture: your website and two social channels audited against a 22-rule engine built from the Therapeutic Goods Act, the Advertising Code, and every published TGA and Ahpra guidance document relevant to medicinal cannabis marketing.

What happens

You order online and provide your website URL and two social handles. We review every public page, post archive, bio, pinned content, linked material, booking flow and ad snippet we can access, score the lot, and deliver a full written report inside five business days.

What's included

  • Website (up to 150 pages) + 2 social channels, including post archives and bios — the social review is done by a person, not a crawler
  • Compliance score out of 100, benchmarkable on re-audit
  • Every finding severity-stamped (Critical / High / Moderate) with rule references
  • Remediation guidance in priority order, written for same-day action
  • Compliant replacement copy suggestions for all Critical findings
  • Linked and third-party content exposure review
  • Clean findings documented too — evidence for boards, insurers and acquirers
  • 30 days of email follow-up support included

Who it's for

Clinics, pharmacies, licensed suppliers and brands that want a defensible, documented answer on where they stand — before the regulator's proactive surveillance, an insurer, an investor or an acquirer asks the same question.

Checkout runs on Stripe. After payment, complete the 2-minute intake form (URLs and social handles — nothing else needed). Not legal advice; see disclaimer.

How we read your social archive

Instagram and Facebook block automated review, so anyone claiming to scan your socials automatically is either not doing it or breaching the platform's terms. We read yours from a data export you download from the platform in about two minutes — the same file Meta gives any account owner. Our engine screens every post in it against all 22 rules, then a person reviews what it found.

That export is the only way to reach posts too old to appear on your profile, and an old post that is still public is still advertising. Your photos and videos never leave your computer: the upload page reads the captions in your browser and sends only that text.

If you would rather not export, we review your 50 most recent public posts and both bios by hand instead, and the report says exactly that — we will never describe a channel as clean when we have not read it.

Questions

Why is this so much cheaper than a law firm?

Specialist regulatory lawyers charge $400–$800 per hour and would spend several hours on the same review. We productized the process: fixed rule engine, fixed format, fixed price. Many clients then take our report to their lawyer for sign-off on specific items, cutting the billable hours dramatically.

Can you audit a competitor's site instead?

No. We audit only businesses that engage us for their own properties — the service exists to fix problems, not to generate complaints.

Do you re-audit after we fix things?

Yes — a re-check of remediated findings is $99 within 60 days, or included free in your first Monitoring month.

What are the 22 rules?

They map the enforcement record: restricted/prohibited representations, product and synonym references, business names and imagery, testimonials, endorsements, influencer and AI content, linked material, booking flows, price lists, paid ads, SEO snippets, and Ahpra practitioner-advertising obligations. The full ruleset is listed in every report appendix.
