Instagram and Facebook block automated review, so we read your archive from a data export you download from the platform. It is the only way to cover posts too old to appear on your profile — and an old post that is still public is still advertising. Your photos and videos never leave your computer: this page reads the captions in your browser and uploads only that text.

How to get your export (2 minutes)
  1. Instagram: Accounts Centre → Your information and permissions → Export your information.
  2. Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Download your information.
  3. Choose JSON, date range All time, then request the download.
  4. Meta emails you when it is ready (usually a few hours). Unzip it, then pick the unzipped folder below.
