Section 42 Compliance is funded entirely by the fixed prices on our pricing page: the Rapid Website Scan at $149, the Full Compliance Audit at $449, the Compliant Copy Template Pack at $199, Monthly Monitoring at $99, and portfolio audits from $1,500. Those service fees are the only revenue.

What we do not take

No advertising. No affiliate links. No sponsored content, paid listings or free-tier upsells. No cannabis clinic, pharmacy, producer or brand pays us anything — which means nobody whose marketing we assess has a financial claim on what we write about them.

Why it is structured this way

An audit report is worth what a client pays for it only if nobody else pays for anything. A compliance reviewer funded by the industry it reviews is selling reassurance, not findings. Fixed prices published in advance, no retainers contingent on a clean result, and no income from anyone in the sector keep the findings worth acting on — and worth showing to a board, an insurer or an acquirer.
